Offered exclusively in January, this experience invites you to discover the cultivation and secrets of the black truffle during an immersive stay in the heart of the Dordogne.

The Program of Your Black Truffle Weekend in Dordogne

Day 1 – Friday: Arrival and Welcome Dinner
Arrive at the end of the afternoon and settle in at Les Hauts de Saint Vincent. In the evening, share a convivial table d’hôtes dinner, prepared with care by Stéphanie, alongside your fellow guests.

Day 2 – Saturday: Discovering the Black Truffle
Begin your day with a visit to the famous Sarlat truffle market, where you’ll experience the vibrant atmosphere and discover the treasures of the season.
In the afternoon, we will visit a local truffle farm 🌳. Our friend and truffle grower will explain the techniques of cultivating black truffles and demonstrate the essential role of the dog 🐕 in the truffle-hunting process.

Back at the guesthouse, after a convivial aperitif, Chef Vincent Lucas will treat you to a gourmet truffle dinner, paired with local wines — a unique opportunity to savor an array of truffle-based creations prepared by a talented local chef.

Day 3 – Sunday: Special Truffle Cooking Workshop and Tasting
After a delicious breakfast, you will take part in a hands-on cooking workshop led by Stéphanie 👩‍🍳.
You’ll learn how to cook traditional Périgord dishes featuring truffles, with a focus on simplicity and the refinement of flavors.
We will then gather for a convivial lunch 🍽️ to taste the dishes prepared during the workshop, in the friendly company of your fellow guests.
