Friday: small Truffle dinner at the B&B
Saturday :
Morning : visit of Sarlat Truffle market
Free lunch
Afternoon: visit of a truffle farm with a conference from a Truffleman (how to discover different sorts of truffle, prevent traps, preserve and cook Truffle…) followed by truffle hunting with dog
7 pm : how to prepare butter with truffle ,
aperitif and Gourmet dinner around the Truffle with selected wines.
Sunday :
breakfast then end of the stay
Rate all-inclusive 2 days half-board : 250€ per person
